Big Sand Lake covers 1659 acres with water clarity of 35+ feet. Exceptionally clean and clear water providing wonderful sand beaches and great fishing. We have plenty of perfect swimming beach for everyone. Guests staying in Duplex, Oak and Burr Oak cross over to the beach!!. Loon Lake (or Thomas Lake). This is the lake you would venture out in a kayak, canoe or rowboat. Lots of wildlife to enjoy. No public access so very peaceful. Only Pine Cone boats allowed on this lake.

Fishing in both lakes: Walleye, Rock and Largemouth Bass. Northern Pike, Bluegill, Crappie and Smallmouth Bass also caught. After catching your fish, there is a fish cleaning station for your convenience.
Tennis Court with pickle ball markings. There is a basketball hoop. There is a shuffleboard near the tennis court.
Firepits are available for every home. Firewood is sold at Pine Cone.
The Old Lodge indoor activities: Pool table, ping pong table, foosball, air hockey and more in the lodge. The Lodge will be closed after Labor Day 2022….. new things to come.
Playground: Enjoy the playground found between the old lodge and the duplex
Volleyball: There is a sand volleyball court on the east side of Spruces
Single Track Trail: There is a trail entrance across from the entrance of Hickory for hiking or biking. It is a short trail to explore this lot on Loon Lake and enjoy the view of Loon Lake.
