The Duplex is 10 ft from water’s edge of Loon Lake (or some call it Thomas Lake after the first owners of Pine Cone). Each side has 3 bedrooms sleeping 7 on each side. With the adjoining doors, Sycamore becomes a 4 BR/3 ba and Cherry becomes a 2 BR/1 ba. so you can rent the bedrooms you need. A common entrance with room for coats, boots, etc with wash/dryer for incidental occasions. Duplex has access to Big Sand Lake just across the road.
